Specially, I should mention the service attitude of Remer’s parts department. A layman like myself Remer’s salesperson always patiently explained and instructed me on how to install the parts. We love our new bathroom! After visiting the Remer showroom and talking to the salespeople, we were convinced we chose the right company for our remodeling project. Everyone is always very polite and effective and proficient in all services. When an emergency has come up, you do all you can to give service as soon as possible. Whenever any plumbing or heating problem occurs, Remer is my first thought. Thanks to all of you for your services.

Our kitchen was remodeled by Remer. The Design was perfect, to use all available space. I have never seen a person so accurate with measurements as was the estimator. We were given samples of the countertop to use to match the color or the backsplash tile. The construction crew were excellent, it was like having a family at home when they came to work, they even brought ‘treats’ for our pet dog, and would let him out when needed, they did not like a pet confined in a room alone. We looked forward to them coming to work each day. The estimate of completion of the kitchen project was right on time, with no delays. The construction crew even came to oversee the installation of our new appliances, and even a follow-up visit to make sure everything was all right. We are very glad that we had Remer do our kitchen project.
